Why eyewitnesses are NOT to be trusted

The other day I came across this fascinating presentation by a US forensic expert on a real court case where a group of teenagers, claiming to have seen a murderer, should not have believed their eyes: it was proven that their memories misled them…big time.

A fantastic lecture with far-reaching conclusions – the human factor, be that in politics, marketing, or the courts, is NOT to be trusted.

Enjoy!
