When you use the contact form, you provide your name, your email address, a short description of what you are interested in, and any details you choose to include about your audience, date, location or topic. If you tick the newsletter box, your email address is also added to the mailing list.
When you subscribe to the newsletter through any of the signup forms on this site, you provide your email address.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you visit, and the site you arrived from. This information is generated by the hosting infrastructure and is used to keep the site running and secure.
Why your data is used
- To reply to enquiries you send through the contact form.
- To send you the newsletter, if you have asked to receive it.

Newsletter and unsubscribing
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from the list immediately. You can also ask to be removed by getting in touch directly.
